Form used in TWC operation. It is a numbered list of train movement actions, with a check box on each line. The dispatcher reads each line they want the crew to use and then the information on that line. (“check box two, proceed on main track from Anna to Bess.”) The track warrant is used for movement instructions, but may include other instructions and speed restrictions.
A track warrant for bulletins is issued to every train out of the initial terminal of a crew district, in both TWC and CTC territory, it performs the same function as a clearance in TT&TO operation.
