Switch List Blanks

This spreadsheet has three tabs , a short switch list, a longer switch list and a “work order” style switch list. The first two are based on the switch lists used by most major railroads in the US.

Switch Blanks

Documentation on the Fascia

Labels for each track/industry are above the car card boxes
Switch push rods are color coded, have different shaped knobs plus labels. Red and yellow spools are switches in main tracks and sidings/leads. Green round knobs are the switching lead. Plain dowels are for other tracks, white for industry and blue for engine facilities.
There is a strip map at each station that shows “You are here” plus a South-North direction marker.
Stations with several tracks have a track map of the station or portion of the station.
Large industries or industrial areas have spotting maps that illustrate where industries, spots or commodities go on the tracks.

Car cards and waybills

Generated by a homemade MS Access Database. Compares my original CCWB with the current version that resembles the 1890’s “car tickets” used by the P&R.

Waybill filing system

File boxes for filing unused waybills. Photo boxes with sheet styrene dividers. Organized by station and industry or industry and track.
